Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the RATV Network mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “App”), operated by RATV Network LLC (“RATV Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Website or Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. The Service
RATV Network provides access to original reality and lifestyle video content, including but not limited to series such as Baddest of Georgia, Welcome to Huntsvegas, Forever Remain Motivated, and other shows and clips we may add from time to time (the “Content”). Some Content is available at no cost; other Content requires an active RATV Premium subscription.
We may add, remove, or modify available Content at any time without notice.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
3.1 RATV Premium
RATV Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks full access to premium Content within the App, currently priced at $5.99 USD per month (subject to applicable taxes and regional pricing adjustments).
3.2 Auto-Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your payment method on file with Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) will be charged automatically at the start of each new billing period.
3.3 Managing and Cancelling Your Subscription
All subscriptions are billed and managed through the app store you used to subscribe (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), not directly by RATV Network. To cancel or manage your subscription:
- iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store app > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.
3.4 Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Where required by law or by Apple/Google policy, we (or the applicable app store) will notify you in advance of any price increase, and you will have the opportunity to accept or decline before it takes effect.
3.5 Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If we offer a free trial or promotional pricing, it will convert automatically to a paid subscription at the standard rate unless cancelled before the trial or promotional period ends.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the App, you agree that you will not:
- Copy, record, redistribute, rebroadcast, publicly perform, or otherwise reproduce any Content without our prior written permission;
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any subscription, payment, or access-control feature of the App;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law;
- Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App.
5. Intellectual Property
All Content, trademarks, logos, and other materials made available through the App are owned by RATV Network or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream Content for personal, non-commercial viewing within the App. No other rights are granted.
6. User Conduct and Submissions
If the App allows you to submit comments, ratings, or other content, you grant RATV Network a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that submission in connection with operating and promoting the App. You are solely responsible for anything you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it.
7. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services (including payment processing and subscription management provided by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat Inc.) to operate certain features. Your use of those features is also subject to the applicable third party’s own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RATV NETWORK AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 3.3.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your country of residence.
